IF YOU NEED WARRANTY SERVICE: If you require factory service, print the Factory Repair Form here: Factory Repair Form and email it to cinthya@gallien.com to receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.

USA ONLY: This limited warranty applies only to products purchased in the United States. If this product has been purchased outside of the United States, refer to the GK distributor in your country for warranty information.

ORIGINAL PURCHASER: This limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship applies only to the original purchaser.

ELECTRONICS: Electronics are covered for 2 years from the date of purchase.

SPEAKERS: Speakers and speaker cabinets are covered for 1 year from the date of purchase.

WARRANTY COVERS: Defective parts will be repaired or replaced free of charge provided the product is serviced by GK or an authorized GK service center.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER: Transportation costs are not covered under this warranty. This warranty becomes void if the serial number is defaced or removed, or the product has been damaged by misuse, neglect, alteration, or service by unauthorized personnel. GK assumes no liability for property damage of any sort which may result from failure of this product. Any warranties implied by law are limited to the duration of this express limited warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitations of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

Items provided to GK or factory authorized service centers for warranty service that exhibit no failure will be subject to bench a fee in addition to applicable transportation charges.
