Justin Chancellor is a renowned bass player and a member of the critically acclaimed rock band Tool. Born on November 19, 1970, in London, England, Chancellor began his music career as a member of the post-punk band Peach, before moving to the United States in 1991.
In 1995, he joined Tool as the band's bass player, replacing original member Paul D'Amour. Chancellor's distinctive bass playing style, characterized by intricate melodies and complex rhythms, has become an integral part of Tool's sound.
As a member of Tool, Chancellor has been involved in the creation of some of the band's most iconic albums, including "Ænima," "Lateralus," "10,000 Days" and “Fear Inoculum.” He has also contributed to the band's live performances, which are renowned for their powerful and visually stunning shows.
